Edificio Q-Uno

Edificio Q-Uno is a residential project in the UE-CORR area, near Go-FIT, at Avenida del Mar 3 in Ciudad Real. It combines understated, contemporary architecture and clean, elegant lines with practical, attractive and spacious home layouts.

The building was designed with energy efficiency in mind, using air-source heat pumps for domestic hot water and heating and cooling through an underfloor system.

The thermal envelope was designed with an external thermal insulation system to address thermal bridges and improve thermal and acoustic insulation.

The design includes thermally broken window frames and low-emissivity glazing to improve the building’s thermal envelope.

The project includes photovoltaic panels to contribute to the building’s general lighting supply.
