Edificio Q-Cuatro

Edificio Q-Cuatro is on calle Miño and calle San Carlos del Valle in Ciudad Real. A contemporary architectural project with spacious homes and layouts designed to make practical use of each space.

The project includes plans for air-source heat pumps for domestic hot water and heating and cooling through an underfloor system.

The building envelope is designed to reduce thermal bridges. Thermally broken window frames and low-emissivity glazing complement the insulation measures.

The planned photovoltaic panels will contribute to the building’s general lighting supply. Consult the floor plans and documents for the features of each home.
